Entry points
============

A document may reflect multiple vertex, fragment, and compute entries. Tools select
what their pass requires::

   document entries -> session selection -> QRhi consumer

Authored names remain stable for the user. Generated SPIR-V may expose a standardized
backend executable name. Generated code inspection and runtime execution target are
separate choices.
