Module resolution

Packaged miskeyed.* sources enter the Slang session through a narrow ISlangFileSystem edge. Project modules use Slang search paths. Slang remains the only authority for names, imports, visibility, and composition.

After compilation, Workbench records the compiler-resolved paths and content identities, watches project files, and invalidates dependent documents. It does not pre-parse imports or concatenate a header catalog.
